About Author's Perception:
From the hit television series, 'Awakening with the Brahma Kumaris’, to this self help book for living a happier life, the Brahma Kumaris have been preaching the beautiful song of life for a long time. For a healthier and happier life, one’s mind and soul have to be free of all the bondages of life and this is the crux of the book.
By associating happiness with other variables, one limits himself into believing that happiness is not a constant and thus, keeps distancing it from self. People, nowadays, are so focused on being happy tomorrow that they unknowingly push the idea of happiness to somewhere in the future, when it should be in the present.
For as long as one is judging, resisting and expecting from others, one can never see the true sense of happiness. This formula guides towards a happier now, teaches how to let go of all complaints, all the blames, the criticism and the competition.
The choice of accepting joy, bliss and contentment into the lives resides within self. The decision to be happy is to be made by self. Only when one lets the thoughts of purity to flow through the mind, the transformation from being in the future to being in the presence occurs. After all, the key to happiness cannot be told and preached, but has to be found by oneself.
